I've done the seat already. Took a the 07 lowrider seat and had it custom fitted. Even with the short shocks she's still tippy-toe. So, I take it no one has tried the gas shocks, http://www.skullmanonline.com/shocks.html

Try these! They are the top shocks for lowered bikes! I have them in my "lower" setup bob,and they are comfy!!! Trust me!
