thanks, i'm really please with how they turned out...

are yours visible enough in the day?
my led mirrors are pretty crappy during the day but my custom dynamics rear lights are super bright

Let me know how removing/reinstalling them works - it looks like you could just pull out the zip tie, feed another one thru and seal with silicone but the 3M tape seems pretty darn sticky...

yeah nice, they look great there...

I'll be running a fairing now and then so they had to go lower.
I wanted to hide them in the folds of the boots but looking at yours they're stealthy enough as-is

So are these sticky on? I am wondering what kink of issue you will have if you ever need to remove your fork legs.

3M tape and a zip tie
(the zip tie runs thru the back of the tube)

hooked up...

they're way brighter than the led mirrors, which is good because they're near useless in the daylight

the missing led in the mirror just stopped working one day, i pulled the mirror apart and the led unit inside is sealed, no way in to repair it so there's a new single mirror on its way... if another goes i'm tossing the set and putting regular mirrors on again

links to them flashing:

i'll upload a video of them in daylight one i get the damn thing insured

I wanted to check in on this and see how these were in the daylight. Hopefully they're brighter than this guy's install, ugh.

Those look like they're the same material but look awful. Yours look much better, but how's the daylight?

Thanks!

mine don't have the white light so they're a little better but they're not great in direct sun...
(to be fair, they're about as useful as the headlight in direct sun)

a more normal use of daylight in the shade (normal for the city anyway)
this was taken about 3-4 car lengths away

and the rear leds, for reference
(very glad these are brighter)

all in all I'm happy with them, i'm not super concerned that people in far front of me know where I'm going, as long as the car in front can see and all the one's behind!

I just bought these TruWrapz, haven't installed them yet though. I also wanted to get some for boots like yours. Do they interfere with each other at all? Like do the the fork boots press against the TruWrapz, do you see it causing a problem at all?

you should install the boots first and then the truwrapz go around the top of the boot instead of around the fork...

the boots are held up up with a zip tie, use the truwrapz instead of the zip tie
