The only bags that work without TS relocation are throw-over bags. Anything that's mounted will need your TS fastener for bag installation.
OP.
I can confirm the quality of the Viking bags. They make good stuff for a great price.
Also, look into Batebacks from a company called Cyclevisions. They allow a very slick and discreet attachment.

there was a very recent thread in this forum titled " Show me your bags " You should have a look at it. There were bags shown in the thread that did not require signal relocation and they weren't throw over. Its on Page 2 right now actually.
