Default FXDB slipons

I'm looking for a some what cheap set of slip-ons for my 12 street bob, want black, I'm going to change out the heat shields for the header pipes. Can anyone tell me who makes a nice sounding set that will look good and still keep the performance? I'm on a bit of a budget... Looking for opinions. Thanks.

Cycle Shack slip ons will probably be the best bang for your buck. Other popular one will be rush and vance & hines. You might want to keep an on ebay and the classifieds here. I got a used set of vance & hines straight shot slip ons here in really good condition for $100 shipped, they retail for $300.

What taylor said. I got a pair of Cobra slip-ons from a member in the dyna parts area on here...sound great. As for better performance...2-1 is the way to go..for the best performance.

Rush slip ons 2" baffles and black heat shields. I got them from a member here in the classifieds. Nice nice deep sound and really woke up the 96" motor.
