Well got them 57-H cams in as i read they was good i put them in my 2006 street Bob and tunes with the Power Vision tuner all i can say is Holy Crap what a huge difference it made. Thanks to you folks on here for suggesting what cams and tuner i am really a happy camper.
Cool, is that supposed to be a "Bagger" cam? Are you still at 88"?
We just did the 26s in my brother's Superglide and went 95". I like it so far but have not really got many miles on it yet...looks like the primary seal is leaking.
I have the 37s and feel they are too soft down low. I have the 4 degree sprocket to try and see if I can bring the torque on sooner.
-ps-
Are you in Latrobe PA? My wife works in Latrobe hospital.
Yes still only a 88 next winter that will change I know it was a bagger cam but i was hoping in them steep hills we ride up and down on around here it would help some. And By Golly it sure did. One my freinds has stock 96 with just stage 1 download and heavy breather and slip ons he could pull me on the hill's. But now i take him. While it not like i am flying past him. I can out pull and pass him now. I was not looking for a huge top end ***** to the wall horse power cam just something that added some grunt to the torque and i think i found it. As a side note he is jealous of the sound of the exhaust. I knew that cam was not to be a really lopey cam but seems in that small 88" motor it sure did help make it lopey. Sadly i cant pass off the motor as bone stock any more the cam sounds give it away LOL
Mascman today cranked out around 250 miles riding all over the ridges and i feel confident i can say that this cam even though specked at 2200 and up really does great right off the idle say like 1500 rpm. I never had to down shift from loosing power today as the other guys all on the 96's. Also going up rt 31 on what is known as 3 mile hill i for shitz and giggles dropped the hammer going 55 MPH and i scooted to 90 pretty darned quick. I realize the 57 is just a high lift version of the 37 but i am sold on that cam now. Funny thing was 3 of the guys that was with me called dennis kirk and ordered there. Talk about feeling awesome
