Put my new Thunderheader on this past weekend. It replaced Python Staggered Duals with quiet baffles. After hearing all the hoopla about how loud the Thunderheader was I had some reservations about buying it. Much to my surprise, the Thunderheader is quieter than the Pythons were!!! I am very happy with the sound level.
While taking off the Pythons I also found the rear o2 sensor was disconnected. I had had the bike in the dealer to have the 30 tooth pulley installed and when I got it back I noticed it had developed a vibration that became much more noticeable in the 3000 to 4000 rpm range. I did not want to take it back to the dealer and listen to the standard bullshit of "that's normal" and I thought they might have screwed something up during the install. It was running fine when they got the bike and I know the o2 was connected before they got the bike. That problem is now gone. The bike runs great.

Yeah I dunno why people think the T Header is loud. My dyna sounds great and rumbles like my Suzuki TLR did with a cammed idle. If I ever switch pipes I will want one that sounds very similar.

There is none that sound similar. A thunderheader might not be loud on a stock motor, and imo doesn't even sound very good, but they come to life with a motor. I'd love to see if you think mine is quiet
