Exclamation Drag bars?

With or without risers? I think it would look good.
I bought my bike with 4inch risers and some pullback to them.
I have turned the pullback away from me because I wanted more reach.
I am currently wanting to replace my pullback risers with straight risers.
When do you start having to lengthen your cables with risers?
Mine may already be lengthened, I do not know.

I got some 8" bars through amazon from BK riders and am very happy with them, they were only 90 bucks new. I love the new position and the look is great. They had the holes for me to internally wire and are all one piece so I didn't have to mess with risers. All the stock cables were fine with no adjustments. The chrome is excellent as well.

I just finished putting some Burly 1-1/4" T-Bars/Drag Bars

on my 2010 FXDC.

I absolutely LOVE them. Love 'em.

Did I say I love them?

I can feel the bike better, it seems to handle better... No, not 'seems'..... DEFINITELY handles better, looks better.

I also put braided cables, chrome controls and chrome switch covers on it.

I'll put a pic up as soon as the brake cable gets put on (Don't ask. ). And as soon as I get around to screwing around with the War Department's smart phone.

I hate smart phones. But only because they hated me first

Guys..... It's a Super Glide. Don't try to make it something it ain't by putting goofy looking **** on it that more aptly belongs on a chopper or an FL.

It's a Super Glide. One of the best bikes Harley ever conceived of.

Just my $.02

Super Glides RULE

They look very similar to the ones I put on mine but paid (almost) twice as much for.

I bought mine on Amazon. Pretty reasonable

Rode with them on first time yesterday. Love them so far.

Except the mirrors vibrate more

Grab some oem fat bob 8" risers and an oem pipe, or same in black from the dealer. Lots on eBay if you're willing to take the time. I think that would look great on a SG.

Can you wire the bars without taking the wiring apart under the tank ? I guess you can take the wires out of the switches ?

I piut some fat bob bars on my nephews FXD and they looked great but they are not dimpled for the turn signal so you either take them off or relocate them. They do look sharp but I only paid another 15 bucks to get new drag bars.
