I have an 05' FXDLI and just recently had the dealer mount a set of Metzler 880's. I have looked all over their web site but am unable to find the correct pressure to run. I currently run 40 psi in the rear and 39 psi in the front. Is this correct or is there a more optimal pressure to run? Thanks for your help--
Look on the US metzeler website. On the front page they have both full line brochure and V-Twin upgrades manuals you can look at or download. Front min/max is 38/42. Rear min/max is 40/42.

Thanks--I downloaded the upgrade literature. Seems I'm right in the numbers. Is it normal for the tires to lose a couple of pounds pressure when the bike sits for a week or so? They are tubed on wire rims.
Tire pressure....................... ALWAYS check your tire pressure.
Believe it or not, you could lose several lbs. of air overnight.
I check my tire pressure before every ride, right after I check the oil.
