Default Blacked out my street bob.
Hey all. Wanted to share my first set of customizations on my Street Bob. Materials used were:

Blue masking tape
various sandpaper grits to scuff chrome
plastic sheeting
newspaper
harley texture paint
Flame Proof header paint
plastidip (for horn)
DEI titanium 2" exhaust wrap (15ft + 25ft packs 1 each)

Done except I still wasn't happy with the exhaust so...



Finally here is a side by side.



If anyone needs help with a description of how I did all this just let me know and I'll reply.

Didn't you get the memo blacked out is over? But seriosly it looks good, it looks like you put some effort into prepping it, let us know how it holds up.

LOL I do stuff for me not for everybody else.

I can already tell you the header paint isn't holding up at the cylinder output. I'll thermal coat the pipes this winter. Everything else is great so far.

looks great man! what a pain in the *** to do that all on the bike, the time alone it must have taken is staggering. Came out great!

Bullshit! Don't listen to this loser. Black is always the best color.

Nice paint job. I hope it holds us for you.
