Default Is there a difference??

Rotor part # 30041-08 and 30041-08A. It says the 08A version supersedes the 08. I am changing compensator and not real sure that I need to replace rotor as well. I have the 30041-08 now. Thanks.

You're going with the SE Compensator, right? In that case, yes, you need the rotor because the stock comp is part of the rotors as well. The new rotor us a totally separate piece.

That's what I had to do. NewCastleHd has it the cheapest.

I have the 2011 SE Comp, going to the 2014 Comp, so rotor has already been changed. Just not sure if I need to change it again for the 2014 version.

In that case no, since you have the older SE comp the rotor you have can stay.
