I'm sure that when your local dealer enters your work order in the computer some sort of a number for that order is generated. I'm sure that number corresponds to the survey HD sends out.

I do not know for sure, but hope some body here on the forum might.

This thread reminds me that I should go out into the garage, dust off the 14 LR and go for a ride.

I would do that if it would stop raining.

Make a heading of one-eight-zero and continue until you have sunny skies. We aren't scheduled for rain until Oct. (late) to Nov.

Although this is car dealer and not motorcycle dealer, when we get any survey, good or bad returned, I get a report with every question and how you answered it. Along with that it also shows what repair order it is from, and the entire customer file. Then the score is noted on the customer file, so that when the vehicle is checked in, your survey scores are the first thing I see pop up before i even write a new ticket. Hope this helps

Well, seeing how I'll never take my bike back to this dealer again for any kind of repairs, and I told Harley that when I filled out the form, I guess I don't care if they know how I answered the survey.

Wow! That is really good considering you live in NJ. I had no chance to ride to work in Jan or Feb because it was either too cold or the weather was bad. I was only able to get a few rides in on the weekend.

It is real nice to get back to lots of regular riding.

Seriously considering it, bet I could get away with working from our Rancho Bernardo office.
