My bike came with Short Shots on it. I am ordering a Thunderheader to replace those Short Shots. Looking at the online instructions it looks like I will need to order some of the stock bolts from Harley as the Short Shots needed there own bolts. Would anybody know what I need to order? I went in to buy a manual last weekend, but of course they didn't have one in stock.
What year Dyna are you working with? I pulled Side Shots off my bike and it mounts the same as the Short Shots. I have most late model Dyna parts catalogs.

I have a 2013 FXDB. Thanks for the tips, I want to have everything ready when the pipe gets in.
I'd wait for the pipes & mock-up install...then get some SS hardware from your local HW store @ 1/2 cost of HD's parts mark-up...JMO.
Great advice right here. My local hardware stores have a huge selection of stainless, black, as well as chrome plated hardware. If any bolts start to show any wear, I head down and grab all new bolts for a few bucks. Looks a lot better, and reduces risk of stripping those damn things if your bike is a little older (not in your case however, with a 2013).
Update us when you put the ThunderHeader on, I've got Shortshots and am thinking of making that switch as well.

Side shots and Short shots are both Vance and Hines products so I'm not surprised they mount the same hardware being from the same manufacturer. The Thunderheader is it's own pipe and will likely need the different setup as detailed. +1 for the hardware store, but either way it will only be a few bucks difference on some screws so don't kill yourself if its easier to go to the dealer.
