Ok guys new to this. I have a 2009 streetbob with arlen ness bigs sucker stage 1, and vance and Hines short shots. Once I installed the FP it seems my bike is running hot. At night with it at an idle the pipes are glowing. Is this normal? I used the settings vance and Hines recommended. Is it running to rich or to lean and is there a fix. Thanks guys

 

yeah... I don't think they should be glowing.. could be the FP is screwing the timing up causing detonation or a lean condition.. I would double check to make sure you installed correct map OR get a different map.. short of that could be the fuelpack isn't working at all..

 

I would disengage the fuelpak and see if you still have the problem, my guess would be no.
