Considering Lower Bars on My Street Bob
Anyone running wide glide bars on their street bob?
I ordered the Fat Bob risers and drag bar when I bought my bike, but liked the stock mini apes so much I decided to stick with them.
Well I've had my FXDB for almost a year now, and I do still like the stock bars, but I think I'd be a bit more comfortable with slightly lower bars.
I was considering picking up the wide glide bars since I already have the risers in the garage. Thinking they might be lower, but not too low.
I've seen some pics of the Nightster bars on Bobs. I always did find them comfortable on my nightster, so maybe those would be a good option.
Anyways... I'd appreciate y'alls thoughts and pics if you have 'em.

My bike came with the drag bars (fat bob bars & risers) from the factory. The fat bob bars are different than the wide glide bars. I didn't care too much for the wide glide bars...they had a bend in them that put my wrist at an uncomfortable angle. The fat bob bars were nice but I ended up swapping them out for some flanders drag bars that are not as wide and had less pull back. I also have 1" riser spacers on the risers, don't think I have enough cable slack to go with the 2" spacers.

Those flanders bars look nice. Got any other pics of them installed?
Not sure why I didn't think of it 'til now, but I'm thinking maybe the low rider bars and risers might be good. I'll have to go sit on one and see.
