Default DK Custom's Outlaw HiFlow 636v Installed....

Hello All,

Just wanted to show off my new DK Custom's Outlaw HiFlow 636v air intake system...........

Install only took about 2 hour's, the hardest part was figuring out where to run the breather line's, so I ran them out the right side of the bike and mounted it under the right side swing arm for now........

This is a really nice unit, part's are very good quality, and their service is outstanding !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is nice not having the breather's dumping back into the air cleaner, you can surely feel the difference with this feature..........

Thanks DK for a quality upgrade !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are a few pic's...........

Looks fantastic enjoy!

I have the 587 and ran my hoses that way initially as well with no problems. I recently changed out the exhaust and while working on that decided to clean up my hoses a bit so ran it forward down to the front of the frame. We'll see if that works out.

Definitely have been a great company to work with. Out of my own curiosity why did you go with the 636 over the 587 or any other?

Well, I think because it was the newest model, and with future mod's already being plan out in my head, (only in my head, because my wallet say's you can not do those now !!!) I figured might as well get the latest edition.

I have already purchased a really nice oil catch can/Breather, and will re-install the line's to a different area. Found a nice little spot I think I can fit the catch can in, hope it work's.
Just a little concerned that after a while the oil will build up in the line and not weep out the filter, so that is the reason for the catch can.
I will post a few picture's of that once I have it installed.

Same here except I ran my hose behind the cam chest in front of the pipes and secured it to the bottom of the exhaust bracket. It is a nice unit and the added legroom is a huge plus also. Now that the rear cylinder is not smothered by the stock breather plate and cover I got to think it help air circulated around the back cylinder head much better.

You need to splurge on some braided line for the hoses so it doesn't look so "jury rigged". Other than that it looks okay.
