Default Ricor woes !!!

I ordered intiminator's for my 2010 fxdc and also ordered the 10w fork oil for it . I got the intiminator's but no oil . I've been trying to contact them to find out if they shipped the oil and it got lost or if they didn't ship it . No response to email's or voicemail's . The lights are on but no one's home !! It would be nice to have some sort of response . I hope the product is better than the customer service !!!

Yea honestly their customer service is horrible. Not only is that what I have heard from everyone who has dealt with them, but I also know from first hand experience. My buddy owns a shop and was trying to get set up as a dealer for them so he could order me a set of intiminators and 14" shocks built to my weight and type of riding since they don't list them on the site and they would have to be custom built. He couldn't get a call back and still hasn't and that was almost 2 weeks ago! I then tried to call them and email them my self and was going to just order the shocks, intiminators and oil straight through them, but I also had no luck getting through to them so I took my business else where. Its too bad too, I heard their shocks and intiminators are top notch. But there are PLENTY of other companies out there that make just as good and better products.

I have to agree their customer service (SUCK'S), once the sell you something they do not want to talk to you anymore................
It is really to bad because their product's are pretty good............

Hope you get what you paid for............

Not good... I currently have an order in on intimidators and shocks... and a buddy of mine has been waiting on month on his order... called in no response... Hopefully all will be well... I read nothing but positive reviews of the products... I may have looked elsewhere had I known this was going to be the case... lets hope I do not need any warranty work

Yes, when my Ricor shocks started to leak, sent an email on whether they can rebuild and no response either.

Its basically a one man show and Brians excuse is he's trying to keep cost down so he doesn't have to raise prices. I think it's a joke but I found an employee that works there and buy from hin and his wife and get great service. I believe he goes by "bakedandbeans" or something to that effect on e-bay.

I had some questions after my purchases and Brian answered right away and took good care of me, and he even sent me some free shims.

I thinks it's a case of he already has more business then he can deal with. I don't agree and it is a shame.

One man show to keep cost down?? LOL I can see if he was keeping up with orders and was able to handle it, but when your a month out and can't even answer the damn phone thats just STUPID! Whatever though, its his business and he's the one missing out on money. His choice, glad I went with Works instead. Same or better quality, can change the spring rate for free down the road if wanted and 3 rings and I get right through to someone every time...
