Never heard of anyone relocating the oil filter one on a Dyna. I just clean mine up with CRC brake clean after changing the filter.

Some of the best ROFs' I have ever seen were done by Indian Larry on his customs..

Would be a cool idea.. maybe have to go to a higher volume oil pump.. maybe not.. depending on once the system was charged and the flow characteristics of the plumbing..
