and not gettin' much above 40 for the next 10 days. I seem to always check the forecast right after I log on and its starting to get as depressing as the 6 o'clock news.
I've been for a few rides so far this spring but they aint nothin like that first sunny day, when its about 70 degrees and the air is perfect. Its like one of those days where you know ya gonna go thru a couple tanks. I cant wait any longer!!!!!!!
I know, the same here! It's been beautiful here and I've been on a few nice, several hundred mile rides and I've also got the sunburn to prove it. Today I had to ride to work in full leathers and long underwear! Tomorrow I think I'm gonna have to wear my full face helmet...Global warming my big hairy foot!
NW Ark. From what I know that is a great area. I am jealous. I had planned on retiring early and relocating to that part of the country. It seemed like it had everything I was looking for. Nice bike by the way. Enjoy the good weather that is coming your way soon enough.

Really makes you appreciate summer that much more...Took me 2 hours to thaw out yesterday after a 100 mile ride @ 38 - 40 degrees! Good leathers and lots of layers; full-face helps too (and a MP3 player since I can't hear anyway when i wear it)

My wife just reminded me there was a time (25 or so years ago), when I had to ride; didn't have a car...
Mid 80's all month- or since the first week of march i guess, yeah the riding has been really rough on me at 0600 hours. Long sleeve t-shirt just to stay warm and comfortable on the 20 mile highway ride into work. Things get really brutal around here when I get off work and ride home at 1500 hours. Mid 80's and sunny. Sometimes I get wind burn... I should really pick up a full face helmet one of these days.
Vegas baby
Living the hard knock life on an 07' superglide
Keep your spirits up guys... I did live in CT where the weather sucked and it rained every afternoon for a whole summer.. I feel your pain
Not if you dont mind cleaning and polishing after each ride out lol.
me i find it therapeutical.....5 sheeter, Pearl Jam and a big tin of Brasso makes it all worth while.
