headlight ring turned black , cheap mod

Thought about plastidip'n my chrome headlight ring but don't want it matte...could powdercoat but i hate to take just that in (don't need anything else done) so next choice was 3M wrap film.

Took about 15 minutes and a heatgun. Anyone interested could probably get scrap from a vinyl wrap shop for free.

anyway, didn't turn out 100% perfect. Some very tiny wrinkles on the back end in a few places but looks good on the bike.

You can buy the one from Harley it's only $30 bucks and you will be able to have both if you ever change your mind

I did the exact same thing about two years ago, only I used flat black 3M film wrap. It still looks like I just put it on. I also did the chrome ring around the tail light.
