I think you need the PC5 just like I do for my 09 SB.

Hey guys I just wanted to say I bought the forward controls. They arrived today and are just like he said they would be. All in good condition. He sent the parts out right away, stayed in contact with me by both email and phone so I knew what was going on and even gave me the UPS tracking number for the package. If your thinking of buying any of the remaining parts I say you can buy with confidence. This guy is a great guy to do business with.
