My first instinct was no way but I checked part #'s. .the mounts for the left and right pegs, the right side brake pedal, and the gear shifter arm are all the same between a 2006 and a 1995 Dyna using mid controls. Go figure.
I've never tried installing on a '95 so while I believe they will work you may want to confirm.
