Yes, they'll fit a Fat Bob.
The part numbers (50666-07 and 50667-07 wrinkle black) are the same for all Dynas 2007 - 2014 according to the OEM Parts Finder at Ronnie's HD. And, all those Dynas use the same basic frame. I think I have ones from a Street Bob on my Fat Bob.
Nothing special required to put them on. You just need to get the right size bolts - I got allen head bolts from Ace Hardware or Home Depot someplace like that. Just make sure you use some blue Loc-Tight on them.
