No Brake Lights. HELP ASAP

don't have any way to post pictures of the harness right now, but hopefully this numbered diagram i'm about to make helps to show what it looks like:

4 5 6 7 8
lets pretend the numbers are the spades in the harness. #1 and #3 are my turn signals. #2, #5, #6 are constantly on as soon as ignition is turned on. #4, #7, and #8 do not light up at all even when brakes are pressed. can anyone check to verify?
