crazy coil probs
old coil was full of rust so put new one on new wire n plugs the front jug will fire but not back jug i can swap the plug wires on coil then the back jug will fire but not the front. So could the coil be wired backwards? this is a new to me bike so i am chasing gremlins can pull the non firing jug wire about a half inch off plug then it will fire but put back on plug no fire???????

You answered your own question right there I think, one wire is not doing its job.

yea i figured it out i FORGOT TO GAP MY SPARKPLUGS it was not giving the right spark jeesh how could i forget to do a hard thing like that lol thnx for the help i will prob have many more questions this is a new to me 1995 883 sportster and i am chasing the gremlins away
