Turn Signal Problems

Did you replace the bulbs or make some other change when this started happening or did it just start happening without any known changes?
The relay for the turn signals could be bad. Also using an 1156 (Single Filament) bulb could cause these issues. Make sure you are using 1157 (Dual Filament) bulbs. Keep in mind too that a 1157 bulb may have one of it's two filaments blown.

The bike didn't have rear turn signals on it when I purchased it. I just wired in the new ones. The fronts would not flash before hand ether. Ill check the bulbs hopefully that's it but I'm not that luckey.

An 1156 bulb can act as a running light or flasher but not both at the same time. An 1157 bulb can do both at the same time. Make sure the flasher/relay for the blinkers is good and present. It sounds like the one for the 4-ways works.

Enodrano is right check your turnsignal flasher, It also is quite helpfull to finish your signature with your bike info that can be helpfull too.
