led headlight bulb review

hi all new to your forum .. thank you .. I have a 2000 rg ,, im installing 2 4 chanel amps and 4 pairs speakers .. I have been warned about over loading my charging system .. what I would like is some real world input on both the SAFE limits of my charging system ,, and the ideas of swaping out to led bulbs .. im hoping for better lighting , and less draw .. my concerns are lighting quality,fitment , heat , durability,,relibilty . thank you for youre time and input ,,,,, russ
