Default Electrical Problem. Please Help

I have a 2009 street glide. I don't have any power in my headlight or lights fuse. My headlight relay is good. I checked it with meter. They are the only fuses out. Bike starts and runs. No headlight or running lights.

Your light fuse is fed through the light relay, switch the brake relay with it.
Power come from the ignition switch to the light relay to pin 30, out pin 87 to fuse.
