I am looking to change out the bulbs on the License Plate Lamp to LED bulbs. Looking at this lamp while still on the bike, it looks as it is one piece and you cannot change out nor replace the bulbs. I have the parts manual and it does not show this lamp at all for this bike. The service manual show nothing. I have not taken off the lamp at this time since I may need a ball hex key to remove the lamp. The two screws holding the lamp are in a real tight position to get to. I do not want to remove the entire "brake, running, signal lamp" at this time.
The bottom page contain the set-up for brake, running and signal light for SG. #43 as per the part manual for 2012 SG, but it does not show the license plate lamp. #27 is for Canada models and #28 looks like the license plate lamp, but is not listed for SG as per the 2012 Touring parts manual. Thanks!
