Red face Wiring in a horn (basic wiring question)

I'm tapping my lead on a fused connection to the battery and wondering how I should do so.
I have a 12v with 20a fuse off the battery For a 12v->5v adapter for my phone charger. Fine
If i want to tap off this, and heat shrink it, how would I do this without cutting the wire? I'm trying to reuse the fused lead as its only drawing 3a max and the battery connection is a bit crowded already. I want to solder and heat shrink it as its for the horns and they're kinda useless if unreliable.
I know this is a bit dumb but I'm not seeing how I should do this.

You're probably better off with a Scotchloc tap connector:

They're available at auto parts stores.

Otherwise you have to cut and resolder the connection to be able to heat shrink it.

That's what I had on there for another part already. I figure with the vibrations on the bike, the lead will splinter and crack, and with no notice as the horn is intermittent I don't want to risk it.
I'll just run a 2nd fused line and keep it all tidy with plastic loom too.
