I got the security system deactivated by manually putting in the security code, as I purchased a bike with no fobs. Know the bike has no spark, the bike was in a flood, my question is does the security system have anything to do with the ignition system? I live 4 hours away from the closest dealer so putting it on there computer is out. If the security system has nothing to do with the ignition system then the no spark problem can only be 1 of 3 components, ECM, COILS, CRANKSHAFT SENSOR. is that correct?

There has been more than one security system used by H-D over the years and it would help us greatly if you told us your bike model and year. You can also help yourself by getting the appropriate factory service manual and electrical manual, which should spell out how to diagnose your electrical problems.
