Starter not working
Good battery, new relay, power to lights and dash, just won't crank. If I jump power from battery to solenoid it cranks. Thought relay bad so I replaced it, still nothing. Fuses all check ok. How do I get to the wire ends for starter switch? Anything else I should check?

Checking at relay green wire to starter has continuity. R\BK wire hot with ignition on. BK\R wire hot when starter button pushed. TN\GN hot when starter button pushed. I've replaced the relay twice now so I'm guessing its ok. What reason could there possibly be for it not to crank? If I jump battery to solenoid it cranks.

I believe the power for the start switch, which I have, comes from the run switch. If the run switch was bad I wouldn't have power to the starter button as I read it. If I'm wrong that might be the ticket so if I'm wrong there let me know. I'm no electrician.

If the run switch is off, broke, etc, the starter button doesn't work.....
But you say you have power coming off the start button to the starter, right?

Then that's not it because I have 12v on the BK\R wire at the relay when the button is pushed correct?

My guess is that the solenoid is bad if you have power going to it when you press the button. You might try checking/cleaning the contacts

No power to the solenoid. Power stops at relay but I've replaced it twice now. Does anyone know when the TN\GR wire from module to relay is supposed to be hot? Mine is hot when the starter button is pushed.

I have it to the relay but not to the starter. Replaced relay twice.
