Was just trying to share something. No colors are illigal in DE as long as they are not blinking. DE promotes LEDs as long as they arent blinding or blinking. Beyond that. The bike was sitting as it would be. I let the colors rotate to show the different colors as it sat in a shed or would on a bike night.
we are not knocking your efforts! just trying to keep our bro from being hasseled by the fuzz since being picked up by the fuzz sucks!
delaware 292.1.4346a states that motorcycle accent lighting be white or amber and non flashing and is intended to increase visibility for cagers. since texas is the second largest mc market in the us, they recently passed the use of emergency colors with stipulations. the lighting MUST be under 300 lumens and can not extend more that 75 feet and non moving or flashing. might check delaware if they updated, if not, hate to see you get pulled over.
Couldnt post the vid. They are multicolored. Planned on running green while on the road to be safe from douche cops. But beyond the laws...most cops in de minus some small towns are decent. Thanks for the heads up. Im not sure what year I read but any color was acceptable as long as it doesnt blink. I do appreciate the help.
