Blowing lighting fuses. Unplug rear lights and still blows. Take front bulbs out and unplug cigarette lighter and all is ok. Put bulbs back in plug up rear lights and all ok till I start it and it blows the fuse.

Removing bulbs will not make any difference, the short to ground is before the bulb or electrical component.

Let's start afresh! Has your bike and everything on it, including the lights, worked OK prior to this problem popping up? Have you made any recent mods to your bike, such as changed bars, added anything electrical? Problems don't just magic out of nowhere, we need to identify the likely cause.
