Weird things
I have 97 wide glide for reference. I bought a Milwaukee twins battery off of J&P Cycles in November and road for about 60 miles before it got cold and I put it away for the winter. Recently yank the bike out, charge the battery up put it on the bike and start tuning carb for new pipes and air cleaner I just put on. So I take battery off and put it back on tend. 2 days later I put battery back on and bike doesn't start. I give it about 2 hrs before I run to Autozone. Battery was 12.18V and 43%. That was 2hrs after being 100% and being on bike that never turned over. So i put it back on tender, back to full charge. Still no start.
any ideas where I should start my trouble shooting?

Also should say that I have a weird thing with the front turn signals. Randomly get a solid light when I hit a signal instead of blinking. It will change sides and once it was both at the same time being solid
Sounds as if you didn't use your tender during the winter? If so it won't recover a discharged battery, you need a proper battery charger for that. If your battery can be recovered, then your tender will come into it's own - just don't leave your bike disconnected for long periods in future. Forget your signals until after you have sorted the battery!
Charged it up and took it to dealer for load test. Read that is was a good battery. Im now onto thinking its a spark issue. Installed new spark plug wires because wire going to rear head was frayed off. Spark plugs I have in there I replaced about 30 miles ago.
Not sure if the regulator or stator could be the issue, but having had it started after I made all my additions and not even riding it around the block before it stopped wanting to start.
