continuous flasher issues.

So this all started with my left turn signal not working. After finding a loose wire under my seat everything was working fine. I took the bike on a ride for about 80 miles and noticed I had no headlights, tail/brake light, turn signals or horn the only thing that did light was my speedometer. Replacing the fuses about 5 times I found the wires under my rear fender completely shredded. Couple hours of tearing the rear end off my bike and soldering the mess back i now have headlights, horn and tail lights. No flashers again and now my brake light stays on WTH, So I check continuity on my rewiring good check fuses replace acc fuse and then only right turn signal worked Brake still on headlights and horn good. after reading many other somewhat simalar threads I started messing with the TSM. Start the bike tilt tie TSM bike turns off. Checked the codes from both speedometer diag and TSM diag have no issues an either. When I cleared the non existing codes on the TSM I now got turn signals yay! However brake light still on switches seem to be doing fine on foot and hand brakes and no mater what turn signal I press my 4way flashers come on press both same. Tested pin 7 & 8 0.00v open 12-12.25 pressed so I dont see a short in my handle bars. I am now completely lost. I dont want to replace the TSM without knowing that is the issue and worse yet I'm missing Ohio bike week. Thanks in advance for any insight on my issue.

Bike: 2008 HD Dyna Super Glide.
TSM PN: 68921-07 no security that I know of no fob.
No Diag codes and no TSM codes
any other info? I also replaced the board behind the turn signal no change.
