Default Rear Lighting issue w/17 SG Fender on 09 EG

A little bit of a read but I could use some help from the community. So I am creating a split personality bike. 14up SG rear on a 09up EG (or more specific FLHTP) front. I was able to get the bags and fender installed without any issues. Went to order the 69200129 jumper harness from Harley and it was backordered so I ordered a NAMZ harness. I needed their adaptor anyway so two birds with one stone. Got the kit and ruined all 7 pins that came with it trying to crimp those little bastards LOL! So had the local dealer finish building the harness. When I got it back the pins were in reversed placement so I pulled it all apart and got then in the correct order. Plugged everything in and I have run and turn but no brake lights. I found a take off harness on ebay and purchased it figuring I may have messed up a connector putting it back together. New harness arrived today, connected it up and no brake lights. My question is do I need some sort of conversion module to make the brake lights work or is it possible the stock module mounted to the tribar bad? I did check the harness (both old and new) and I do have brake light signal to the stock module I referenced. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Randy

Are you specifically talking about the tri-bar lighting? If so, it doesn't have a brake light function as a stock part. Harley sells an accessory that turns it into a run & brake, but that's the whole light.

Thanks Crotonrz for the reply. Everything lights up and the left and right turn signal works but when tapping the brakes (front or rear) no brake light (the two turn signals that also function as a brake light on the SG). I have the custom dynamic sequential blades on the bags and they work as run, turn, brake so I can still ride just thought the stock SG lights should work as well.
