Finally got around to cutting the power to the whole house but nothing changed... Still doesn't see my fob when i'm home.
If i'm lucky, we'll get a power outage soon and i'll go test it again, just in case it's coming from one of my neighbors If not, I really don't see where it could be coming from.

 

Maybe ask the previous owner if he had those issues? Doubt he'll own up, but never know. I've seen guys put in bad batteries in their fobs, but your's is only home issue.

 

I did. Actually, before going to pick it up, I asked him via email if he had changed the manual override code. When I got there, he was verifying what it was, with his manual opened, to try and get the correct sequence to display it on the dash. This tells me he didn't even know what it was so, he surely never used it. And it was still at 11111. I changed it, obviously.

And like you said, the only place it doesn't work is at home. I never had that problem anywhere else. Not even at the dealer, on a crowded day.

 

You mentioned the possibility of a neighbor as the source. Although I haven't experienced any issues, I can receive a fairly strong WIFI signal from several of my neighbors. Anyhow, good luck with your search for the source.

I would explain the problem to your H-D dealer. The dealer might be able to reprogram security system for you. Well worth the try. Seems you have tried every imaginable ideas.
