I have a 2009 Road Glide. Recently the 6 gear light goes out and the cruise control disengages. We changed the speed sensor. This all happened after Temecula HD changed the bearings in my tranny and replaced the throttle body. I've had 2 great Mechanics look at it without success. The only mods to the engine are: Accel Spark Plug coils, Dynojet Auto tune, Headers and CFR Mufflers. Any Suggestions?

Welcome to the forum from Vernal UT.
I would take a look at your clutch switch. If your in sixth gear say going 70 mph, let off the throttle and pull in the clutch doesn’t the 6th gear light go out?
Clutch switch will also cause the cruise to drop out. Looks like TSSM puts power on the switch and when it’s pulled in current flows to ground.
Disconnect the left hand controls and ohm out the switch while you wiggle or giggle the clutch lever.
Please come back and let us know what the fix is.

First off, thank you all for responding. HD hasn't figured it out as of today.
thank for the suggestion. The 6 gear lite does go off when the clutch is pulled in and comes back on when the clutch is released. when I riding down the road and the 6 gear lite and cruise control go off, the only way to restore them while riding is to recycle the ignition.at speed. I don't clutch it while I am recycling the ignition. Everything starts working for a while. While testing your recommendations, I was cruising at about 50 with cruise and the 6 gear lite was on. I Stopped to enter the Freeway and accelerated hard, hit 6 gear.... no lite no cruise. recycled the ignition and all came on.
I guess the next step is to check out the ECM plugs. Anymore thoughts?

6th gear indicator is illuminated by a calculation by the ECM of Engine RPM and Vehicle Speed, have you noticed any issues with your tach or speedo since this started happening? Also, does this only happen when you're in 6th gear AND cruise control is on?

Thank you for your response. Yes, that's when it happens. Both go out at the same time and can only be re engaged by recycling the ignition.
