My view on a headlight is what happens if it fails a long way from home. Halogens are everywhere but the performance is lackluster. If i am running leds i am running something reliable with a solid company backing it.
I have been running the Eagle Lights on my Road King for a couple of years now. A bit more expensive than the ones in the link, but they have worked great. I am happy with them. They claim a lifetime warranty.
