Turn signals
I have a 2006 Deuce I bought it last May 2020 and it didn't have front turn signals so went to my local Harley store and got 2 bullet signals and a relocation kit got all of it installed and it all worked fine for about a week I noticed my running lights quite working bulbs were ok then checked all the wiring no issues there well come to find out my tail light was out installed a new bulb and that fixed the issue with the running lights hold on there's more now both of the signal indicators on the instrument panel stay lit up the signals are working just fine been wanting to install the new LEDs the plug and play type I got a cheap pair from China $25 a piece they work pretty good for being so cheap now the indicators don't stay lit up any more ive got a service manual from clymer but all the wiring information is on a DVD went out got a new DVD player so I could watch it but that type of DVD only plays on a laptop my laptop didn't come with a player was wondering if anybody else had these problems

First off, I don't trust Clymer manuals, FSM is the only way to go. You want the right info pay the money and get one. You can get your wiring diagrams here: https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson.com/sip/ secondly sounds like someone botchd the turn signal installation. The connectors on the main harness should still have been there if they were removed and it should have just been a matter of plug and play.
