electrical issues
I have no idea what your problem could be; however, if you know how to check the trouble codes they may point you to the problem.
Additionally, just replacing parts is not the way to go unless you have lots of money.
For charging issues and dealing with your stator, voltage regulator and battery the following HDF links may help:

Personally I would start by checking all my grounds and cable connections to the battery and radio.
Or you can take it to a dealer or independent harley mechanic and have them troubleshoot the issue.

Go to YouTube and search how to retrieve diagnostic trouble codes, dtcs.
Fuel Moto is a good site too, https://www.fuelmotousa.com/p-29661-...ble-codes.html
here one site that has good videos.

Why did you change the voltage regulator? What information did you have that indicated it was bad? The mistake many people make is inadvertently replacing parts without diagnosing the problem. It just wastes money.
CoolBreeze and Vernal gave you excellent recommendations and a place to start.
Here is my problem. I ride a 2008 RKC. My problem is while I was out riding, I started to hear my starter motor intermittently attempt to engage while the bike is running. I thought maybe the start switch wires were being pinched in the right handlebar housing. I took the switch assembly out and found nothing apparently wrong. Now the bike immediately starts as soon as I turn the run button to on and I never hit the actual start switch. This is a intermittent electrical issue and I cannot ride the bike in this condition. Has anybody in here ever had this same problem and how do I fix this. I do have the right electrical manual for the bike and I cannot follow how this is happening.

It's a good idea to start your own thread rather than tag on to someone else's.
I would look at the start button.
The ignition fuse, GY wire, puts power to the On/Off switch, turn it on and the W/BK wire has power going to the start button. Through the start button it powers the BK/R wire to the start relay. If the relay was stuck your starter would run as soon as ignition was turned on. Pull the start relay and turn the kill switch to run and see if you have 12V on the BK/R wire at the relay socket.
Might try a little WD40 on the switch.
