Default Additional Lighting

Hi all, I have a 2016 HD Ultra-Limited, I have the day makers that came with the bike, unfortunately, for the area we now live in, they just don't produce enough light on the road, even with the High Beam on. Any suggestions for auxiliary lights? The area we now live in, street lamps are very few and far between.

I have had Daymakers and they were plenty bright. Are you sure that is what you have or is that what you were told when you bought the bike? A great alternative is Custom Dynamics.

Not heard that about Daymakers, sure they are properly angled.. Maybe post a pic of what you have.

According to all the paperwork I have. I've looked at CD a few times.

In a couple weeks I'll be installing a set of Clearwater, Erica and Darlas's to my Road Glide. I plan on doing more night riding and need the extra light. Denali is another brand to consider along with CD.

The Clearwater landing lights I’ve seen mounted on some bikes are really powerful.

I found the Harley Daymaker on my 2019 FLHTP had shadows. My aftermarket Amazon LED headlight was equal to the Harley Daymaker.

I now run the Custom Dynamics Adaptive 2 headlight and find it useful at night! It doesn't have the dark spots the Harley Daymaker had. And I've got a lifetime warranty from CD.

My custom dynamics on my 07 is exceptional, I’m not sure what is on my 14 Tri Glide but they are bright, not driven it in the night time much.
