I pissed some people off when I said this, but I think the sunpie I bought this year is brighter than my 2016. The 2016 is 2016 technology, where the sunpie is newer pirated technology. I need to do some more comparassions.

But if you think you can't live with the 2016, can I ask if this is your first Harley or bike? For years I installed increased lumen halogens. 100/110s and 55watts in passing lamps. I do think the LED is better.

Lumens are the amount of light, but it doesn't always seem the easiest to find this info. Maybe i am missing it.

Point being technology has progressed. But I am not sure I would spend the money to replace them.

One think not talked about much for bikes, is cleaning headlight glass or buffing. Never done it, but can't hurt. It is talked about some for autos. Though autos are more plastic I think
