Weird tail light flashing

It's the module built into the signal light/bank angle, alarm if you have that telling you the resistance is low. It thinks a bulb is burnt out.
Do you have the diode modula in the rear harness for brake/run and all red lens in the back ?

My experience with burnt bulbs or change in resistance is it speeds the lights up. But I would check everything.
Being that the opposite light comes on, I wonder tsm. Hazard switch?
I would check bulbs, take apart anything done lately, and with loose see if problem persists.
