What are you asking?
A circuit breaker is essentially a resettable fuse.
The LED taillight will draw significantly less current than the original incandescent bulb, so there is no reason to alter the wiring or circuitry simply because youve upgraded the taillight to LED.
What you may be referring to is a load equalizer (resistor) that needs to be added when converting to LED turn signals.
This is because the load of the LED bulb is low enough that the circuit configuration needs to closely match the original circuitry in order for the new bulb to work properly.

Thanks, I have changed to led turn signals and tail light. I didn't use much of the original tail light/ blinker wire. So what my question is with smaller gauge wiring and leds pulling less load to protect it would I need to lower the circuit breaker rating? I am using a electronic module for the blinkers and also using one on the brake light that flashes 5 quick times and then stays on.
