Handler Bar Ground wire
I have a 1990 Electra Glide ultra Classic and I’m replacing the riser bushings and it appears that the ground wire wasn’t hooked up. So my question is where does it get hoked up? What does it ground? There is what looks like a ground block close by so I’m assuming it gets connected there. Does anyone know by chance?
Usually it's a short jumper to the riser bolt like this. It'll be in the harness or a short jumper to the tree itself , baggers had the harness wiring.

Do you have a picture? There was a stray ground wire in my Dad's 95 EG. It looked like it might connect to the back of the radio but I never figured out where it went.
I was in there fixing the power wire for the right turn signal. I gave up on trying to figure out the mystery ground since everything else worked right.

I just plugged it into the ground block. I can only assume that’s where it goes. There is nothing on the triple tree that would accept the connector. Mine doesn’t have an eye connector, it’s a female connector
