Any help with identifying

Hello, new here so hopefully this isn't the completely wrong place to ask this and hopefully I don't get chastised for it.
I am currently disassembling my 2020 1200 sportster and ha e found these two components that I'm just not 100% on what they are. I'm hoping I can get some help identifying it just to gain knowledge. Thanks in advance / sorry in advance if this isn't the correct place.

These two electrical components located on top of the transmission here. Any help would be appreciated.

As has been stated, a manual is essential. And will be invaluable when putting it back together.

The starter and solenoid, and it appears there is a speed sensor with the allen bolt attaching it to the transmission.
