I have a 1999 heritage softail, and when i run my spot lights for about 30 to 40 minutes, all my light go out for about a minute then come back on, then they do that about every5 to 10 minutes. This seem to me its making a breaker hot or a breaker fuse. would a short do this. If i shut my spotlights out, it doesn't do it. help please. thank you.....
