Default Cross Bones Electrical Problem

New member here with a problem...

I posted to the other "Electrical/Ignition/Tuner/ECM/Fuel Injection." part of the forum & got no replies, so I did a little cut n paste action & figured I'd put it in here...

My 08 Cross Bones has an electrical glitch, that the local dealer's service personnel can't figure out & H-D honchos at corporate service can't seem to diagnose the problem correctly, either.
Without any other symptoms, Speedo just drops to zero, doesn't matter what how fast I'm moving or how warm the scoot is.
When this happens, turn signals won't cancel, odometer & both trip meters stop recording mileage, & if I have to stop at a traffic control device, she stalls. Doesn't sputter or cough, just cuts out.
The clock still works tho (?)...
She starts right back up & runs fine til the next stop, then she'll stall...
After a couple of miles, after the speedo cuts out, the MIL comes on.
Sometimes, everything will start working fine again, MIL off, speedo & trip meters back, no stalling.
TSSM, Rear wheel speed sensor, even the ECM have all been replaced.
She runs fine for a couple hundred miles, then all BS starts over again...
I'm not a total wrench head, so I really don't know where to look, & obviously the service at H-D bottom to top doesn't seem to know any more than I do.
They've got it back in the shop as I type this...
Anybody here run into something like this?
The scoot has 18.5K miles & the first 18k were TOTALLY trouble free, other than a headlamp fuse at about 2K & a rear taillight module at about 10K...
Could there be a correlation between the lights & the speedo?
TIA

That's what BH-D thought & it was the first thing replaced...Worked fine for about 200 miles & then the crap started all over again...

If it ain't the sensor, then they better change the whole TSSM

Bob, did you ever get your problem with the speedo fixed? I am having the same problem with my 2009 Bones and think it is probably the speed sensor.
