2013 HID conversion please HELP, HELP, HELP!!!
Fellow riders I need a hand.
I have been in electronics my whole life, I have a pretty good understanding of what I am doing but I have hit a wall and I need some help. I have a 2013 dyna fatbob with the dual (2) headlamp. I decided to change my bulbs to HID. I have installed these in all types of cars & bikes before with no issue... Installed warning cancellers, relays, resistors, can-bus and non can bus, digital ballast, etc...
I keep getting the bulb out warning light on my speedometer. My buddy at the dealer checked the codes (forgot to write down what they were) they are bulb out codes... I have gone through 4 ballast (they keep going out), I have tried the standard HID low / halogen high and the motorized bi-xenon, tried digital ballast and can bus ballast, basically I feel I'm out of options... Does anyone have any suggestions, ideas, tricks of the trade, solutions, or having the same problem and found a fix???
Please help at this point I will try anything.... But go back to stock lights I love the brightness, illumination, look and visibility of the HID setup. Thank you
